The "COV network account request" form, previously located at this address, has been retired. Users should now submit COV network account requests via the VITA service catalog, VITA’s new interactive tool for requesting services.
The VITA service catalog's "COV network account request" form is one of 16 account-related services found in the COV account request category. The revised form is used to request permission for users to logon to the COV domain and establish other related account requirements.
